- Vehicle service is available from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM only. Any vehicle usage beyond the stipulated timings will be chargeable on an extra payment basis.

- At religious destinations, pilgrimage sites, or places under local administration control, sightseeing timings and vehicle access may vary depending on government regulations, traffic restrictions, weather conditions, security advisories, festivals, yatras, or any special circumstances prevailing at the time of travel.
- In case of road closures, adverse weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may be altered without prior notice in the interest of guest safety and smooth tour operations.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the reporting timings communicated by the driver/tour coordinator to ensure smooth execution of the tour. • Any additional sightseeing, detours, waiting charges, or services not mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable extra.
- Union taxi charges, pony rides, entry fees, camera fees, adventure activities, and local sightseeing not covered by the package shall be borne by the guest directly

- Booking confirmations are subject to availability and We are not holding any reservations of hotel rooms and in case mentioned hotel is sold out at time of confirmation then similar category (Star Category) hotel will be provided as per our sole discretion.
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & we will not be held liable for such expenses.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable such as Christmas , New Year Eve and other events as per origin and Destination market festivals/Exhibitions/events. Peak/Festival/Events Period Surcharge to be paid extra. Will be notified at time of booking confirmation.
