- Begin your day discovering one of Europe’s most scenic destinations - the enchanting Italian Lakes region.
- First, we visit Lake Orta and the charming medieval town of Orta de San Giulio.
- Enjoy a short train ride into the heart of the town, followed by a peaceful boat ride to the Island of San Giulio, home to a serene monastery surrounded by lake views.
- Next, continue to the stunning Lake Maggiore, stopping at the picturesque town of Stresa.
- Here, you’ll have the option to visit the Borromean Islands, with a highlight being Isola Bella, known for its magnificent gardens and palace (please note: the palace is closed during winter).
- After lunch, we head to the romantic city of Verona, rich in history and charm.
Note: During the winter months, the train to Orta does not operate. In this case, the medieval town will be accessed via an easy 800-meter walk from the bus parking area.
