Inclusions

• Park admission ticket to Motiongate and Real Madrid World
• Meal vouchers can only be redeemed at Hala Madrid, Academy Cafe, and Bocatas Kiosk within Real Madrid World.
• Both parks to be used on the same day with the meal voucher. 
• Booked tickets can be redeemed between 13th May 2024 till 30 Sep 2024. 

Exclusion

• Transfer
• Anything not mentioned in inclusions

Cancellation Policy

• Ticket is non-refundable , Non-cancellable and amendments are not allowed.

Important Information

• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult through out the tour.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
