Explore the numerous layers of Odisha, an area where the ancient culture, breathtaking architecture and the wild landscape coexist perfectly in harmony. Start your journey in Puri (Jagannath Puri) which is a holy city in the coastal region on the shores of the Bay of Bengal famous for its magnificent Jagannath Temple. This sacred site is home to thousands of worshippers, particularly during the famed Rath Yatra, while its golden beaches are a haven of tranquility and beauty to all travelers.
Then, explore the wild and unspoiled nature in Bhitarkanika which is a UNESCO-recognized wetland that is one of the most distinctive ecosystems. Travel through the lush mangrove forest and spot a variety of birds and see India's largest collection of saltwater crocodiles that are endangered within their habitats in the wild. This is an unforgettable experience for both nature enthusiasts and wildlife enthusiasts.
End your journey with a visit to Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha's past, also known for its status as the Temple City of India.
