Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Srinagar – Houseboat Stay & Sightseeing

Welcome to Kashmir – the Paradise on Earth! Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our friendly representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to your traditional houseboat on the serene Dal Lake. Check in, unwind, and soak in the tranquil lake views.

In the evening, embark on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar:

  • Shalimar Bagh – Explore this exquisite Mughal garden with its lush terraces and fountains.

  • Nishat Bagh – Stroll through this historic garden, offering stunning views of Dal Lake.

  • Shikara Ride on Dal Lake – Enjoy a 1-hour complementary ride on a traditional wooden boat, gliding through the calm waters as the sun sets.

Special Note: During the Tulip season, we’ll include a visit to the world-famous Tulip Garden, adding vibrant colors to your first day in Kashmir.

Return to your houseboat for dinner and overnight stay, floating amidst the serene beauty of Dal Lake.

Day 2 - Excursion to Gulmarg – The Meadow of Flowers

After a buffet breakfast, set out for a scenic 2-hour drive (50 km) to Gulmarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Flowers”. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and lush meadows, Gulmarg is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike.

Upon arrival, experience Asia’s highest cable car – the Gulmarg Gondola, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Pir Panjal Mountains as you ascend to Phase 1: Khilanmarg. Here, you can enjoy thrilling activities such as:

  • Sledge rides  (available on direct payment basis)
  • Snowmobile rides (available on direct payment basis)

On the return journey to Srinagar, stop at the Handloom Emporium to explore authentic Kashmiri handicrafts and souvenirs.

Arrive back in Srinagar and check in at your hotel. Relax with dinner and overnight stay.

Important Notes:

  • In case of heavy snowfall, Gulmarg may not be operational; guests will be taken to Yusmarg instead.

  • Local transport within Gulmarg (pony rides, vehicles) is available on direct payment basis.

Day 3 - Excursion to Sonmarg – The Golden Meadows

After a buffet breakfast, embark on a scenic 83 km drive to Sonmarg, famously called the “Golden Meadows”. Nestled in the picturesque Sind Valley, Sonmarg is adorned with colorful flowers, crystal-clear streams, and towering Himalayan peaks—making it a paradise for nature lovers and photographers.

Sonmarg also serves as the gateway to high-altitude Himalayan treks and glaciers. Adventure seekers can enjoy:

  • Pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier (on direct payment basis & subject to operations)
  • Sledge rides on snow (available on direct payment basis)

After an exciting day amidst nature’s splendor, return to Srinagar by evening. Enjoy a relaxing dinner and overnight stay at the hotel, soaking in the memories of Kashmir’s enchanting landscapes.

Day 4 - Excursion to Pahalgam – The Jewel of Liddar Valley

After a buffet breakfast, embark on a scenic 3-hour drive (90 km) to Pahalgam, the crown jewel of the picturesque Liddar Valley. Renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, lush meadows, and flowing rivers, Pahalgam is a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, and adventure enthusiasts.

The town is also the starting point of the annual Amarnath Yatra, adding a touch of spiritual significance to its natural beauty. Explore the serene ABC Valleys—Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari—each offering spectacular scenery and unforgettable photo opportunities (entry and activities on direct payment basis & subject to operations).

After a day of exploration and nature-filled adventures, return to Srinagar by evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel, reflecting on the stunning Himalayan vistas of Pahalgam.

Day 5 - Srinagar-Departure

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the hotel before checking out.

You will then be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, carrying with you cherished memories of Kashmir’s breathtaking landscapes, serene valleys, and unforgettable experiences.
